By purchasing from our store you agree to the below.
Refunds and Returns
- Returns are only accepted if item wrong item/colour has been sent from us. However returns are not accepted due to wrong item or colour being selected by the customer. Nor returns for customer not reading description fully.
- Refunds are only given if items are not in stock or damaged from our fault. ( not shipping ). Refunds are only given once item/s are returned at customers expense. If item/s have been damaged or tampered with then no refund will be given.
- If an item is returned then a restocking fee will occur at 15% of retail price of item.
- Refunds will also not be given to any damages via transit. We wrap and pack out items sufficiently. Any matters regarding damage needs to be taken up with the courier/postage service.
Due to limited space, we order most items in once your order has been placed. This then can take up to 14 business days for handling. If this time does not suit, then please do not proceed in purchasing.
