COVID DELAYS -
Huge delays due to not enough shipping container and cargo ships. Import is a crazy mess at the moment. Please be patient as our suppliers are doing everything they can to get their shipments to Australia.
We do not offer refunds on change of mind or NOT READING DESCRIPTION.
In certain circumstances we may offer store credit.
When an order is cancelled ( under extreme circumstances ), it will incur a 15% cancellation fee/ restocking fee.
FAULTY ITEMS.. Photos of said faulty item must be emailed within 24 hours of receiving.. Once item is returned to us in original packaging at customers expense, then a refund of item price will be given once item is looked over by our team.
FREIGHT - SHIPPING
Once the Package/Parcel leaves us and is collected via one of our Couriers it is then their responsibility on how it is handled. You are more than welcome to arrange your own freight. We ensure all our packages are well packed for handling. If an item arrives damaged ( in transit ) then you will need to contact courier ( found on label) and us within 24 hours of receiving parcel. We can help lodge claims and will need Photos of damage, boxing / packaging and label must be emailed to us so we open an investigation/ claim with the courier. We will assist in helping with any information for this. Most claims are rejected from couriers.
In order for a parcel to get to you a freight service is need. If you do not wish to chance this, then feel free to pick up. We are NOT liable for courier damages.
No refunds on pre orders
Pre orders are an ETA. ( Estimated time of arrival )Sometimes arrival of these items may be early and sometimes they can arrive a late. These times are out of our hands. We do not have the storage to HOLD items. If freight invoice isn't paid within 48hours then the item/s goes to next in line. If your item is a pre order then your item will move onto the next pre order delivery.
Pick ups must be collected within 1 week of email going out to you letting you know item is ready. We do not have the storage to HOLD items. If no time is scheduled for pick up then the item/s goes to next in line. If your item is a pre order then your item will be on the next pre order delivery.
ADDITIONAL POSTAGE CHARGES
If you live outside our average quoted postage price then you will be invoiced for the remaining amount once item has been logged in for courier collection.
We reserve the right to change pricing and will endeavour to maintain stock availability which can sometimes be out of our control.
